How training works
1. Request a Session
Fill out a quick form so we know the athlete, sport, and goals.
2. Schedule
Use the scheduling link or coordinate directly. Confirm date, time, and location.
3. Train
Show up ready to work. Every session has a plan for skill, movement, and mindset.
4. Continue Developing
Take home athlete homework, next steps, and clear parent communication.
What we expect
This isn't about punishment or money — it is about mutual commitment and responsible use of everyone's time.
- Arrive prepared and ready to work.
- Bring water and any required equipment.
- Communicate scheduling changes as early as possible.
- Respect the coach, facility, other athletes, and the coach's family.
- Disclose injuries or physical limitations before training.
- Repeated cancellations or reschedules may require a minimum donation or deposit to reserve future sessions.
